To secure your holiday a deposit of 25% is payable on booking with the remainder 8 weeks before departure
If booking within 8 weeks of travel the full amount is payable
A £250 security bond is held by us and returned to you immediately after your holiday providing no damage has occurred.
Payment in GBP by internet bank transfer or debit/credit card via PayPal (PayPal charges apply)
Changeover days are Wednesdays or Saturdays. Other days of the week possible dependent on time of year
The villa is prepared for your arrival, immaculately clean and beautifully set up by our maintenance team. Alexandra our property manager, will visit you after your arrival to check everything is as it should be and answer any questions you may have.
The pool is professionally cleaned 3-4 times per week.
We pride ourselves in customer care in the lead up to your stay and during your stay, we have an expert management team on hand.
Guests staying 10 nights or more will receive a mid-stay clean with fresh linen and towels
A welcome hamper awaits all guests consisting of food and drinks carefully selected and tailored to the time of your arrival
We can recommend car hire / airport transfers at the time of booking.
Under 25's group bookings not accepted
We strongly advise car hire, although this is not essential for a stay at Villa Fedra. Hiring a car broadens your options locally and allows you to explore the island and all it has to offer. The only car hire option we suggest is M&S Rent a Car based at the nearby village of Haraki.
They offer an extensive choice of cars maintained to the highest of standards with fuel efficiency in mind.
Guests at Villa Fedra can benefit from a service that includes a private collection of your entire party with luggage from the airport direct to the villa. Your hire car is then waiting for you on the drive, ready to go. On your last day you are collected, leaving the car at the villa and returned to the airport.
