- Enquiry Form: We collect your name and email address so we can reply to your booking enquiry.
- Booking Form (via Email): If you decide to book with us, we will email you a separate booking form to collect the necessary personal data needed to secure your stay, manage your holiday rental, and comply with tax regulations.
2. Sharing and Retention
- Legal & Tax Obligations: Because our holiday rental operates in Greece, we are legally required to share mandatory guest stay data (such as your name, passport/ID number, stay dates, and rental amounts) with the Greek Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE) for short-term rental tax reporting.
- Third Parties: Aside from official government tax authorities, we do not share, sell, or rent your personal data to any commercial third parties.
- Data Retention: We only keep your information for as long as necessary to manage your booking and fulfill our legal record-keeping and tax auditing requirements.
3. Your Rights and Complaints
Under data protection laws, you have the right to ask what information we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete your details (unless we are legally required to keep them for tax purposes).
